– Goat’s Rue root
– Fenugreek
– Moringa
and/or
– Domperidone.
These are some of THE BEST supplements; from former partners and from testimonials.
Also:
-Eat more oatmeal
-Drink more water
-Get 8 hours of sleep (the milk factory is very active at night)
-Contact a lactation consultant mentioning that you wish to become a potential “wet nurse”, and need guidance from a lactation professional.Try on these sites for supplements:

Or…
This site:

Or…

February 1, 2026 at 9:35 am #697740Hi,
My experiences with onlin pharmacies are you cant be sure you will receive the supplements if they arent freely available in your country. Customs will check and when they do, you will lose your investment, because the confisquate it. So its risky, may be exept when the online pharmacie is in your country.
I know in Spain supplements like domperidone are freely available in pharmacies. So may be plan a holiday over there and bring some home.
February 15, 2026 at 6:44 pm #704118I found that there is no substitute for a regular suckler that you have a connection with. Oxytocin is a huge contributor. I got Domperidone online by answering that I had nausea to the questions. They are supposed to be one a day but for milk you need more so they are expensive and quickly run out. I got them for €2 in Greece and you can buy 3 packs from different pharmacies. I will warn you though- I got very ill using them. I now have to take blood pressure medication every day. It went sky high and I don’t know. I’d stick to herbal and a regular mouth to feed.
March 20, 2026 at 6:46 am #719355Thank you so much for your thoughtful advice. I really appreciate you sharing your experience and the details about using Domperidone. I’ll definitely keep in mind the importance of a regular suckler connection and the potential risks you mentioned. It sounds like the herbal options might be a safer route. Thanks again for your insights and for the warning about the side effects—I’ll be sure to take that into consideration moving forward.

Thank you for the helpful suggestions! I really appreciate the recommendations for supplements like Goat’s Rue,Moringa. (i already take Fenugreek)
I’ll definitely look into those and see what might work best for me. Also, the tips about oatmeal, water, ect.I’m based in the UK, so I’m not sure if those links will work for me, but I’ll look for the supplements in local shops here.
Thanks again for replying.
