Hello All! This year has barely just begun and I am already needing a holiday (since 5 years ago…), I hope you all had a serene and happy holiday seasons and that you are motivated by the promise that a new year holds, especially this snake year which has just begun and is all about wisdom, serpent energies, renewal and transformation as I shared with some of you when I joined Ms Spicy yesterday in the chat and we all grounded together 😉 (Yes Michael, that happened XD)
I’m continuing my studies full-time with a Postgraduate degree relevant to all my working areas and cultural heritage, researching a dissertation, juggling life, work, lecturing, and many different things up in the air which I hope will materialise. I plan to come back here to live audio with my own show/night as before, possibly either last week of February or first week of March, but this time on Euro time mid-week. I also plan to join Ms Spicy on her wonderful live audio at least once a month in US time and wish her the very best with it and urge you all to check her out too; she has wonderful energy and I look forward to sharing an online space together.

As you all know, I am a lone parent and work very hard. I do try to be there for everyone when I can on this site because I care, which is the reason why I stayed and decided to do a blog, live audio etc so would really appreciate your comments to my work if you like it, also because it will be helpful to others and encourage discussions, and your support on my Patreon.

As today I shared one of my articles on the chat, relevant to the topic then, as “sung” XD by Michael… (just kidding), I’d like to post a little of the text here as it is relevant to ABF but also emotions, and quite provocative.

I’d like to share a classic but very controversial artist and image by him in the history of erotic art related to nursing…by Jean-Jacques Lequeu, a lesser-known yet mesmerizing figure of 18th-century art, celebrated for his extraordinary imagination that blended architecture with sensuality.
It is one of his more scandalous and enigmatic pieces, blending sensuality, religious imagery, and a daring commentary on societal norms.
In this artwork, Lequeu portrays a nun revealing her breast in a manner that combines sensuality with a sense of defiance. The contrast between the sacred and the profane is unmistakable. The nun’s habit, a symbol of chastity and devotion, is starkly juxtaposed with the exposed breast, a universal symbol of nourishment, fertility, and eroticism. This deliberate contradiction challenges the viewer to confront the tension between piety and human desire.
The inscription below, “Et nous aussi nous serons mères; car………!”, roughly translates to, “And we too shall be mothers; for………!”. This phrase leaves the statement tantalizingly incomplete, inviting interpretation. Some scholars suggest that Lequeu was critiquing the Church’s repression of human sexuality, while others see it as a reflection of revolutionary ideals in post-Revolutionary France, where traditional institutions—including the Church—were being questioned and subverted.
