Some necessary changes:
– It came to light recently that *very occasionally* some guys were switching the “Sex” field on their profile from male to female, back and forth, in order to send messages to F4F women, posing as female and asking for pics and trying to get some chat going. And even switching their “Country” setting for the same dumb reasons.
– Obviously this kind of crap has to be prevented.
– So, the Sex and Country fields on profiles are now fixed. They can’t be changed on your profile Edit Page. All new members also have these fixed when they register.
– If you have a real, legitimate reason to want either of these fields changed then simply contact Admin and it will be done for you. I realise of course that people do move country sometimes, for example.
– I’m considering making the US State field fixed too, for similar reasons. Guys switching their state and messaging lots of women in that state claiming to be local. And then switching state again, etc.
– Please note that this sort of thing is NOT commonplace on this site, but as it happens from time to time, I thought it necessary to put these minor restrictions in place.
