January 17, 2026 at 6:23 pm #690893Hi Eve,
Lactation does put on a few breastsizes, it did with me. And that didnt go away post lactating, thats why the saggy breasts. No problem at all: it shows I have been breastfeeding.
And when relactating: breasts are full and firm again. No worries dear, its where they are made for!January 17, 2026 at 8:59 pm #690930Thank you Daisy❤️ Now it’s clear to me and it’s actually very inspiring to start lactating.
January 17, 2026 at 9:14 pm #690934Don’t sweat it about stretch marks or saggy boobies. They are medals of living life.
Heck, I’ve learned how to rock a Dadbod and bare the peach.🍑😜January 18, 2026 at 7:32 am #691112Oh yes…very desirable.
January 18, 2026 at 10:34 pm #691508Saggy breasts are not only beautiful (popular opinion among men), the are functionally superior for ABF! Laying on your side and having your partner suckle is much easier if there is at least some sag! It is difficult to do that with a “stiff” breast.

InactiveI am in my 60s and I have breastfed both children and adults, enjoy your breasts for the intention that they are meant for, its not about the size or how they drop as time goes on, its about the comfort, nurture and nourishment you give through them, breasts are beautiful, embrace what you have and enjoy the journey xx
January 19, 2026 at 12:49 am #691548Hi Eve,
We all are different and have different opinions and POV.
Think about you and do what you feels like doing and enjoy life!January 19, 2026 at 1:12 pm #691715Breastfeeding definitely changes your breasts. Nursing my first child didn’t change mine too much but I was really young at the time. The second kid I breastfed I had issues with oversupply and I nursed longer and lets just say you can tell by looking at them 🙂 Your post now has me curious if any ladies have experienced sagging breasts exclusively due to ABF?
January 19, 2026 at 4:21 pm #691821Hi Eve
Just to reassure u that breasts that are not full/firm are truly beautiful, much easier to get a good strong latch and they are also far softer, more pliable. My 2 previous anr partners were in their 60’s and conscious of how their breasts looked and I think a lot of women are burdened by this also. Society has drilled it into women that unless the girls are pointing to the sky then they are sub standard, not desirable. As one of your replies said and I concur it’s up to you to accept yourself for what you are, free from these air brushed stereotypes. We are all beautiful/worthy in our own way.Another reply actually turned this female insecurity on men and rightly so.

Sorry sent the first part of msg just in case…anyway where was I?….from a man’s perspective growing old poses its own issues also like sarcopenia, enlarged prostate, failing libido, balding, big belly etc. The first 4 applied to me…what did I do? Well I turned my life around completely. I go to the gym , I track my food, I swim in the sea all year round and I walk every day. The gym great for mental and physical health. I take care of my prostate and my erections have improved greatly. And actually swimming in the cold has increased my libido. Unfortunately can’t do anything about the balding. One upside to getting old as a male though is quite funny really. All my life Ive never known what to do with a woman’s breasts, didn’t hang around there too much just a quick tweak n squeeze and then go for the ‘gold medal, hardly satisfactory, for the woman but then again I was a typical bloke!!…when I discovered anr a few partners have mentioned that I’m a good lover….no one ever said that to me before anr…..but again being a bloke ‘I’m sure I was’ haha! 🤣
Anyway Eve u have nothing to worry about just go for it, it could completely change your perspective on things as it has done for me. I truly hope you find a kind, considerate and caring partner.
Kindest Regards
