    Communication is key. When two people are not on the same page the only thing to do is walk away. A no is a no. One cannot turn a no in a yes by loving harder. That goes both ways. Boundaries are to be respected.
    Good communication, listening very well to each other in time can prevent most of the heartbreak. Also selfreflection is very important. Why was it unexpected? Which signs did I miss?

    When it comes to trusting your instincts, I 100% agree with that. I have not done that so many times in my life and has to learn the hard way, luckily nothing that involved physical danger. Women (and men of course) absolutely should remember that is something spent feel right, there’s nothing wrong with stopping forward progression. If the other person becomes aggressive or angry, that is a validation of that gut feeling. Never let them bully you into feeling bad about following your gut.
