    I have to take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily. It helps. A sun lamp would help you.

    A light box really helps as long as it’s at least 10,000 lux, but you have to find ones with as low a UV output as possible….

    As soon as i see the sun this time of year i am like a lizard out to bask, lucky enough to work semi-outdoors so when there is the rare appearence of sunshine in ireland i take it all in 😂

    I hope you are feeling a bit better, Ste. I struggle with it this time of year too, Pennsylvania is cold with gray skies until March. I find that vitamin D and a B complex makes a huge difference for me when I take it daily
