Lola, is it ok if we chat again? Please.
October 2, 2026 at 6:19 pm #820966Makes me wonder if it started as irony, and then along come the obtuse masses where irony is lost on them?
October 2, 2026 at 6:20 pm #820969A few ideas for the PR department might be: Have you pet your pussy today?
Pussy, just like the Colonel’s chicken. Finger licking good.
Or the classic, Boobies and pussy are like peas and carrots.
A fave of mine is “These lips aren’t just for nipples”.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance in your daunting task.
October 2, 2026 at 6:21 pm #820970Ooooh, now that’s interesting. Like maybe it started as something deliberately absurd because everyone understood the contradiction… and then somewhere along the way we forgot the joke and kept the insult.
Well shit. Now I have to research the historical origins of pussy. This is not where I expected my day to go. 🤓
October 2, 2026 at 6:22 pm #820973Lola, you go girl!! Awesome!!
James Bond had Pussy Galore.
If it was Janine Bond she would have been accompanied by Dicky Bonanza.
Not difficult to see why Pussy wins.October 2, 2026 at 6:23 pm #820975@grogman 😎
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but PR is going to need to have a word with you about the Colonel’s chicken. We’re trying to elevate the pussy brand, Grogman, not get ourselves a cease-and-desist from KFC!
That said, your application is under review. 😏
October 2, 2026 at 6:23 pm #820976Honestly I never thought much about the word thinking it probably came from a cat rather than it being cowardly etc.
That itself tells you what I know about this subject 🤣🤣🤣 Some one called me out on this saying .. how can you know about what you like if you don’t touch yourself there.. but that’s a whole another story loll
October 2, 2026 at 6:25 pm #820977@dairydaisy 🌸🌸🌸
Dicky Bonanza 😂😂😂 I am DEAD!
And you’re right. Pussy Galore sounds sexy as hell. Dicky Bonanza sounds like someone I absolutely do not want to meet. 🤢
October 2, 2026 at 6:28 pm #820978@sind 🤓
Sparkling!! You cannot just casually drop “I don’t touch myself there” into a pussy discussion and then say “that’s a whole other story” like we’re all just going to move along.
Ma’am. We ALL have follow-up questions.😉
October 2, 2026 at 6:32 pm #820983@lolamayi12345 During most brainstorming sessions many ideas are put on the table. The legal department should be given a chance to review any ad campaign before it goes live. We don’t want any egg on our face.👍🏼
October 2, 2026 at 6:36 pm #820984Oops I better disappear now ☺️☺️☺️
October 2, 2026 at 6:57 pm #820993I think maybe the term being an insult stems from the idea that “pussy” symbolizes a woman so to call another man that is to call him a woman – intending to say he’s weak, meek, meant to serve, can’t fight back, etc.
Now of course I don’t mean that a woman is nothing more than just her pussy- but history probably wouldn’t agree with me. That’s all men really saw them as. So I assume it was an insult that was used since long, long ago and just happened to stick.
October 2, 2026 at 7:03 pm #820996My goodness Lola, how do you express and summarize my own thoughts better than I do? You have a true gift! 😁❣️
October 2, 2026 at 7:06 pm #820998Yes @midwestnoob, that tracks with history.
October 2, 2026 at 7:07 pm #821000I think that’s exactly the part that gets under my skin, Cass. The insult only works if we first agree that comparing a man to a woman is somehow degrading. That being female means weaker, lesser, submissive, incapable of fighting back. And THAT is a hell of a lot more insulting to me than the word pussy could ever be.
Maybe that’s why I want to turn the whole thing on its head. If you’re going to use female anatomy as a metaphor, at least get the metaphor right!
Strong, resilient, adaptable, powerful…and still soft.
Now call me a pussy. 😎
