Is there an issue with receiving or answering private messages today, I cannot open or respond to messages
Can the admin team or Michael please look into my account and see why I cannot see messages or respond to them, I can see all of my email notifications but nothing showing on the site thank you
I’ve sent and received without issue this morning.
I still cannot see or answer messages nor can i send…. has my account been stopped if so is there a reason dor this…. a red box keeps flagging up with encrypted messages that is illegible on it
Michael I cannot send messages at all I have logged out refreshed etc… I could only get your v/m when i went on your profile to send a private message i cannot send / respond to messages at all …. as i said there is a red box that flags up with encrypted writing on so it may be your end i think
Hi Gentleembrace, it’s a technical issue, your account has not been stopped.
Please answer these questions:
1. What kind of device are you using? (eg. android phone, iPhone, computer, etc )
2. How are you connecting to the internet? ( home WiFi or mobile data )
laptop samsung and wifi at home and currently no issues here
In any case, please try the following :
– if you are connecting to home WiFi, then please reset the WiFi router ( simply power the router off, then power on )
Does that help?
– whatever device you are using, please clear the browser cache. Google “clear browser cache” if you don’t know how. Then power the device off, then power on.

Michael, I’ve had this issue for 3 days when using iPhone 15 with home internet or mobile data. My iPad continues to operate perfectly with home internet.
Betty, please try the simple fixes above.
I have completely rebooted wifi and lap top and all is restored so thank you very much for your help your a star xx
Michael I have the same issue again and i know its not my end it must be the site
