Weighing in- I would really like to have the option of having pictures in albums allowed instead. We could probably make picture viewing for friends only. I don’t want pictures in my PMs, but that’s just me. I feel more comfortable getting to know someone a little bit via written messages.

Hi Something Real, I have added that option today.
Click the “Media” tab on your profile page to upload pictures. They will only be viewable by your friends, but you can change the settings for that if you prefer.
