I realise everyone has preferences for background music when nursing. Some love the silence or just the sound of their partner, some love nature sounds ie the sound of rain, forest sounds etc. For those that love a bit of background music what would your playlist be?
Great post, the list is long but I’d definitely include Van Morrison’s Cyprus Avenue.
It’s a goto relaxing track for me, reminds me of chilling in a hammock during summer by the med as a teen, love how it builds. 🌞
