Hi, I’m new to all of this. I started taking supplements and pumping about 2-3 months ago and nothing yet. Any tips and tricks? I’m not seeking a partner. Just looking for people to talk to.
It can happen faster with a suckler but only take goats rue and blessed thistle.. if no medical issues try Domperidone.. I was getting no where but after doing research and talking to some ladies on get life I now have milk 😁.. I don’t pump anymore and only hand express. Trying massaging your breasts look up online too. Any more questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. Fyi I’m 51 and never lactated before until now . Good luck
