I think that I’d enjoy any intrumenta selectioms- well maybe not metal or heavy rap.
The vocals would be distracting.To me i dark winter days, its viking music, Amorphis and Tales Of Thousand Lakes… Not for light minded. When you love woman with passion its from Carl Orff – Carmina Burana. As Finn, we do things weird ways… From metal to classic, go round rap and hip hop, dont touch pop, but love rock, blues and yes some irish folk songs.
I’d either prefer quiet instrumental music or none, to better hear breathing, sighs, moans, heartbeat, Etc.
been liking very soft or non-verbal mostly during the day, and thunderstorms for the night sessions because its usually while im about to fall asleep.
the marias, night tapes, and men i trust are bands ive been into since i dont usually tune into the lyrics; when i do, theyre kinda soft and romantic so i feel like it fits the mood!
oh goodness…I was DEEP into Nordic music for 3 months, earlier this year. I think it burnt some of my short-circuit wiring… The more I listened the more I wanted..I went darker and darker…always wanting more… I would listen to it 24/7…
NEVER would I have put ANR with it…
but why not?
PS. I have no idea who you are and have not looked at your profile… but you said Finn and that was enough.
PS. one would have to do it in the snow, in the woods…and in the sauna.. there is no way one could listen to Nordic music and NOT want to be extreme about it.Catholic Gregorian Chants…in Latin…
bring it back to the sacred..
