You’ve got more of a chance with ladies from MD or VA. If you have mobility, maybe even consider WV and DE.
And in EXTREME cases: PA or NC, of which have women that actually do communicate.I am from the Washington DC Area. I do not believe any of the states you have listed are extreme cases. With how rare ABF is in general, I have sought out women as far as Oregon. ABF is worth any distance to me.
