Hello all! Apologies for being a little absent but postgrad been a bit too much and was dealing with it affecting my health, as well as other really pressing matters and the death of a friend. I will be doing the live audio chat here tomorrow at 8 pm Eastern Time US (so 1 am my time London) and resuming live audio Wednesdays. Plan is to do US time one week at 8 pm ET and the following week 8 pm London time (9 pm CET). Hope to hear some of you tmw and that you are all well! I’ll be updating the blog soon too! Hi all, I just wanted to leave a message here for all of you to apologise for going a little MIA recently but my health has suffered due to personal issues and my postgrad degree. I am still not well but feel on the mend, just really exhausted at this point and trying to juggle all that comes my way. Thanks to those who reached out, it means a lot, I will update my blog here on ABF heaven Sophia Unveiled shortly after a big deadline I have for Monday night, so from Tuesday. I will also be live this Wednesday doing live audio chat at 8 pm UK if anyone wants to join 🙂 Thank you all for your patience.
I will be back next week Wednesday with live audio at 2 am UK (9 pm EST)

As not many of you expressed being available for today and as I am swamped with my posgraduate degree and thesis, I need to pull back from all other commitments until September. I will be back then in a few weeks, thanks for understanding and wish you all a great summer!
