I created this post to share my thoughts and experience with various pumps.
Hey, Liz! I’ve never had issues with one side refusing g to produce but my right side which gets the most engorged (not hot & no real pain/clogged duct) refuses to produce. I cannot get anything to come out. My pump does pull a lot of the areola in when I pump…could this be collapsing the milk ducts?
I think your flange size might be too big. I’m going to dm you.
This nipple cream is lanolin free.
This is this tens unit I have. I recommend the analog tens unit, they provide better control on the frequency levels. This one is also a dual channel you can set each breast to the desired frequency.
This link has tons of info on the placement, wave length, amplitude, and more for using a TENS unit.
I am not promoting for this ebay seller, I am sharing this based on the price. These TENS pads are designed for breast placement.
