Good Morning Breasties,
Let’s not relax on our laurels so far. 1. we have a great quick start guide made by our beautiful Lola. Before that David had also created one and I thank both wholeheartedly 🤗🥰💕 2. We have an expanding breastie community which is a great thing if you think about it that many more people are showing their interest in abf.
A) I was thinking this morning that wouldn’t it be great if we could have a welcome newbies (new to site) and noobies (new to abf) or returning users forum post listing out the new people?
Because we find them inadvertently when they wander into the main or spicy chat or into audio chat when they seem startled and we too 🙂 🙂 🙂 sometimes.
But if we knew who they were we could spot them a little better to make them feel warm cozy and comfortable here..
Because I remember joining some groups on telegram etc and it was sometimes intimidating to join an established group and find my place there because there is already an established dynamic and chat going on there and I am coming in brand spanking new trying to assimilate and understand what’s going on.
If we can list the new comers they can introduce themselves in the forum, find others and sort of have a better transition and a longer stay here. I mean if we @newbie we should be able to mention their names and they get a notification or something and might find the posts etc.
This way ..there may also be a clear communication and ability to help anyone who is a little lost because honestly not everybody speaks out or is active on the site other than on a few niche places that they have found home for themselves and that’s not ideal or the intent for a place like this where we want to make new friends.
B) If we could have separate groups among friends that would be great as well because right everyone in friends is a generic group and if you have 200 friends then Jeff from UK might get confused for Jeff from US…🤣🤣🤣
What if you said “Hi Jeff how is your vaca going?” While he’s struggling in a tough job that he’s not enjoying anymore.. it just creates confusion..and Jeff is pissed off too!!
Are there any other ideas that you have had to make the site better as you have navigated around. We could sign a petition (basically this forum post is it) and see what Michael can implement..
Thanks and have a great day 🌺❤️💕 Happy Breast Cancer Awareness Day
October 13, 2026 at 2:12 pm #827310I like this idea. My company has a monthly magazine showing all the current projects and it includes pictures of all the new employees and where they work. I think a “Let’s welcome our new members” post maybe weekly would be nice.
October 13, 2026 at 2:23 pm #827313I like the intention of this, the practice may not be perfect. Posting a list of new members (ladies) could enable predatory behaviors. Predatory might not be the correct choice but given how new ladies are bombarded by men who put in “the work” a list might make their “work” infinitely easier.
October 13, 2026 at 3:32 pm #827342Sparkling, I really love that you’re thinking about this!
I especially like the welcome thread idea. I think we sometimes forget how intimidating it can be to walk into an established group where everyone already knows each other. Half the conversation is inside jokes, and you’re standing there wondering who Jeff is and why everyone is talking about his nipples. 😂
I’d love to see a permanent welcome thread where new members could introduce themselves if they wanted to. I do think the invitation should be voluntary, though. Some people like to quietly get the lay of the land before jumping in, and that’s perfectly fine too.
Something else I’d love us to think about is how we keep people engaged once they’re here. Getting someone to join is one thing. Making them feel like they’re part of something worth coming back to is another.
More interactive forum discussions, occasional group activities, fun little events, and opportunities for people to get acquainted beyond the usual chat conversations could make a real difference.
And yes, please let us organize our friends! At some point, even I can’t keep all the Jeffs straight. 🤣
I love seeing everyone toss ideas around. We’ve got some wonderfully creative people here, and I suspect we’ve barely scratched the surface of what this community could be.
October 13, 2026 at 4:16 pm #827367Yes I agree Bill, David that it should be a voluntary forum invite every week.
October 13, 2026 at 4:48 pm #827374I am all for it Lola, we can get a whole bunch of ideas together and check with Michael..
October 13, 2026 at 7:23 pm #827435Organizing into groups of friends sounds a bit cliquey to me. Kind of like jocks vs nerds. Integration works much better than segregation in my mind. Btw, Nerds rule!🤓😜
Also if the Jeffs want to be straight, that’s up to them.😋
October 13, 2026 at 7:34 pm #827450Then we can keep the pics for potential partner friends only.
Thus my female friends don’t have to worry about having to come across breasts pics that they are not really interested in seeing because we’re just chat friends. So it’s not cliquey just very practical.October 13, 2026 at 8:43 pm #827473I feel we really have to be careful not to bombard new comers with too much – it can be over whelming – everyone needs to be allowed a pace that works for them. also feel we need to include them rather than segregate them 🤷♀️
October 13, 2026 at 10:11 pm #827521This idea about including newcomers came from a user who really liked my idea, He said “Some telegram groups have a whole separate thread for folks new to the group for introducing themselves, locations what they’re looking for. That same thread would be used to welcome them, and if any found a connection or wanted to continue the conversation outside of introductions and hellos, it went to a separate chat, main, dm etc. “ I think we could have a separate space in the forum instead of the thread where new comers can decide to post if they were so inclined to do so. It would be entirely up to the user to post or be hidden.
This removes the concerns expressed by others regarding space, pace, privacy, getting a lot of unwanted attention before they were ready to deal with said attention.
October 14, 2026 at 12:29 am #827603This is a great idea! When you think about it, in other groups in the workplace, school or new to the neighborhood, people want to make them feel welcome.
October 14, 2026 at 12:36 am #827613Thank you Captain! I appreciate your reply.. I also hope people can elaborate on what or who helped them when they were a new comer here. For me it was a newzealand native called Benjamin who was very outgoing and included me in everything. Of course a lot of kind women too. As I slowly felt comfortable with a small social circle my inner personality felt comfortable enough to emerge. Michael the admin is also a major force behind the scenes responsible for the comfort.
Nice hearing from you and I would also love to hear from anyone else who can share their new comer experience.. thank you 🤗🥰❤️
October 14, 2026 at 3:12 am #827696I’m just worried about Jeff and his job that he hates.
But as a newbie myself I like this idea a lot. It can be very disorienting as the new guy.

October 14, 2026 at 1:15 pm #827794@tuehlykv can we set up notifications when a new forum post is added on a thread we are interested in instead of having to check it manually by going to the thread itself as we’re doing now? It might just mean we can follow a thread for new posts in the forum.. this will lead to more engagement and less silos as people tend to not bother to check something unless they get a notification about it. They will need to turn on/off these notifications as their interest changes like the other settings on our profile..
Right now we have to go and search in the forum for an old post that we’re interested in. I know it gets bumped to the top but I still have to remember to check and it’s not necessary in my mind as we have notifications when people reply to us or mention us but we don’t get them everywhere on the site unless we scroll ..
