    Hello,
I’m not pregnant but my husband and I find the idea of lactation a big turn on for us. He wants me to breastfeed him all the time even when we aren’t having sex. I only want him to taste my milk I’m his mouth. I don’t want to take hormones but I am willing to take supplements. I saw Rosie’s blog but she wants to have full breasts. I only want him to taste of few drops of my milk I’m his mouth. Does anybody have experience with this? What supplements should I take? And how long until I get only a few drops of milk in my breasts? My husbands nurses on me about 5x/day- 15 mins on each breast.
    Thx

Have you ever had children? It’s easier to relactate after having children than it is to induce lactation when you’ve never had a baby before.

    @breastmilklady,

As @rachyj said that’s one way to get things started. There is a wonderful blog on this site.

Having said that, if nothing works to get things going you can use Domperidone. Unfortunately it is something that you can’t get in the United States.

Non-medical attempts can be made with: Brewer’s Test (not to be confused with Nutritional Yeast. Not the same), Oats (I enjoy a bowl of rolled oats every morning), and of course supplements. Such as the ones that can be purchased from Legendairy (They have very cute packaging). Also, there’s a pod caste to be listen to as well, Lactation Station.

Thank you for your replies ladies ♥️ I never had kids. So yes I’m trying to induce lactation from scratch. My husband tells me that he sometimes tastes a drop of milk in his mouth but that rarely happens. I only want him to taste a few drops more often. He nurses on me 5x/day for 15 mins, is that enough? Or should he do it more often?
I will definitely take the supplements you recommended♥️😘

The mermet massage is very effective and fun too.

It’s different for everyone. You might find it’s enough for you, but it can’t hurt to do it for longer if you both enjoy it.

Here are some new resources that I have found.

    https://lactation.wiki/wiki/Inducing_Lactation_Resources

From there you can find many likes to additional resources. And I came across the oddest term. Hucow, after reading a little about it, it sounds interesting. But anyway, hope those help.

Hi Ginette! I am in similar shoes here, but I had a kid, so slightly different for me.

I was thinking about ordering domperidone, I am in USA, though, so it maybe is a problem. I will look up the online places.

Also, if I am having a tiny bit of drops produced, then nothing increasing, is it the time to think of domperidone? I saw it works as an anti-nausea medication, maybe could ask my dr to send in prescription? But what do I say if they ask why I want exactly these meds? Is there a minimum dose that is safe for a woman inducing?

Sorry, silly questions, but maybe it’s time to think of some help. I have had a kid, over a decade ago that I breastfed, but had to pump back then to keep up my milk going, so I wasn’t particularly an overproducer in any means. Without a pump I maybe would not produce much or at all. Not sure if passed few drops is an option in my case and I would like a regular supply of milk to establish so I can keep up some good routine of pumping on the go and at home without stopping it this time. I have flexible time till around mid January to get things started and I am pumping now only less than a week but this has been probably the least pressure I ever had when pumping and I have no issues with my nipples or skin so…so far the best of all tries. Would like to see if I can do more than a few drops. I already feel the need of pumping to empty my breasts, so it started building up, but it doesn’t really change the volume of production and maybe it won’t.

So should I try to get DOM or not? also, if I asked a friend in Canada to get it for me, would he have a problem sending it to me? Just curious. Thanks!

    🙂

Also, how do I tell the tech in the breast center during my breast scan in January that I am lactating without a baby? Lol…

Sorry, just saw online that domperidone is banned in USA because of the cardiac risks. With my genetic disorder, I am now out of this option, so no one needs to answer my questions, lol. I will stick to the natural dietary adjustments and pumping and see where this goes.
