Hi Lola,

She came, she saw and she left a few times but not permanently .. in my case.

Hopefully that time will come. In the meantime, I am still here. Routine nowadays is easy peasy.

Check chat room, messages, forum. I don’t get too many messages so it’s easy.

Because I am resting my arm from texting it’s even easier.

Its like when I went to the silent meditation 11 day course you are quiet and get to see what unfolds..within yourself..

I am at peace because I know myself better now.

Regarding people who were here who were really close friends for years, they have scattered and are on here only occasionally..

I hope they do reach out to say hello. I hope they do. But I do understand that they have found other things to do in their lives.

We are like fellow travelers on a journey at a station waiting or chatting on a train but once our destination comes what happens..?

Life takes over and we get busy but a wistful memory will sometimes bring it all back with a smile on my face.

Flirting I rarely do that now. I don’t know why ..?!!

In the meantime, if I can make a difference or help a friend celebrate small triumphs or be there for difficult days to help them with a kind word or 2, then its a wonderful day for me ❤️😘🥰🥰💕

Sparkie, I love your analogy about fellow travelers. Some people share the journey for a little while, others stay for years, and a few leave us with memories we never quite forget. There’s something bittersweet and lovely about that. ❤️

And I think there’s a lot to be said for reaching a place where you’re comfortable simply being, without needing anything particular to happen.

As for the flirting, perhaps you’re just saving your best material for someone who inspires a little mischief. 😉💋

Well one of the things that keeps me coming back is people like you Lola and some of the other people who are extremely kind and engaging with good conversation and banter but i myself have been caught up with people who sound sooooo sincere who text everyday who have made me laugh (and thats not an easy thing to do for most) and shared intimate conversation as well. I just wish if someone is truly looking for that one person they want to lay their head in that lap all the time that they would really invest the time and effort it takes to form that bond in and out of the romper room. Well that being said I have made several good friends and check chat and spicy chat too and I truly adore the wonderful sweet comments when I post pics on spicy chat ❤️ and regular chat to but I definitely have encountered a few douche knuckles as well and thats what the block 🚫 button is for.
