The problem is that the men who send those type of messages and show that type of behaviour are the ones that ignore profiles and either definitely don’t read forum posts or just use them as pointers for how to be seen as more reasonable before they let their inner selves out.
I absolutely hate having to be so hyper vigilant about safety, but it’s our reality. There are guys on here who are reluctant even to share face pics, so you know who you are meeting and tbh, I want a pic of their face on my phone and maybe with a safe person in case anything happens to me, so they know where to start looking.
Adding one more thing!
Rapid firing questions! Omg, not a “hello”, “how’s your day”, or anything like a casual conversation. It’s such a turn off for me. I like to get to know someone over time and have it feel natural.
If I wanted to be interviewed I would apply for jobs!
@blueberrykiwi3 I wish there was a way to report voice notes to the Admin. I’ve noticed that some men are sending voice notes so there isn’t any textual evidence.
I’m sure some can say that it’s merely their preference. But I genuinely don’t want to listen to anyone moaning or groaning with every word in attempt to make the conversation sexual. Like relax, this isn’t some kind of fanfiction role play; I’m just trying to have some basic conversation.I’ve noticed a pattern from people who are out of state or out of country. In my experience, these individuals have tried to find a way to make any aspect of conversation erotic or sexual, and it really makes my skin crawl.
I don’t really say much in these things but after reading I have had my fair share of creepy behavior that I don’t have time to deal with. I think I end up with men who just read my name and just tell me the most outrageous thing that come to mind. I think twice I had men come to me and ask me to be in a father/son relationship and nursing them both. I just couldn’t message back because I was speechless that was a question that was posed to me.
I may be kink but that not the first thing I want to talk about here. I will tell you if I am comfortable enough to share. My name isn’t something I am willing to give out. I give out the letter I like to be call and we go from there. I don’t like people guessing my name when we only exchange 2 messages.
I think someone said it best that we are all 25+ so we should know how to talk to people like you know people. I have thoughts and feelings like everyone else.
