That’s a good shout. I don’t think that functionality is available but would a good way to gauge the interest so I can see if its feasible.

I think we have a lot of people agreeing this is a great idea and for a long time but no one to pull it together. I’m ok to help and get the ball rolling but would love one or two volunteers, definitely a lady to make sure we have balanced input, any volunteers?

Just to put things into perspective, this post has 21 unique voices: 7 women and 14 men myself included. Again the idea is not to have a hook up event, but I think we can all agree we’d need more women in attendance even if it’s just to make the other women more comfortable.
The potential is there for this to go ahead, but definitely need more ladies to voice their interest.

I would possibly come to the event if it was a little time off due to my current health…. When was you guys thinking? I would prefer to go with a friend (a female member) sooo id have to steal a member to go with…. I hate turning up to events alone!! Even a singles night….. you could maybe think of asking ladies who wish to meet up beforehand at a designated place so they’re not feeling the same?? Ladies for instance who’d like a buddy to turn up with to help with nerves….. Just a thought anyway.

I noticed that there was a suggestion to do a poll. May I suggest extending this a bit further such that the 7 ladies or so can agree on which men they wish to invite? So there’s parity in the numbers and everyone feels wanted/comfortable.
I would definitely be up for meeti g before hand but travelling from Ireland id need a bit of notice to organise flights and accommodation etc. I cant do short notice at all.
I for one am glad this conversation is still brewing. I’m also glad Suzie’s on board. If we can stir up some serious interest then we can get this thing moving. It would be nice to organise something before Christmas, but very likely it’ll be in the new year at this rate.
How about a new years party then?
