It can be a problem. It depends what you’re looking for tbh. If it’s a relationship and not just a one off meet then distance has to be taken into account unless you have the ability to uproot and move. If it’s not a feasible distance then it’s not going to be a viable relationship, no matter how much you might want it to be….
If you connect, to me distance aint problem at all. Im those men, who is really willing to go that extra mile, or in this case extra 14 hours. From Finland to US. Why? Everything felt good, and we did talk hours on phone or in chat. We both where looking LTR and where single.
So i work hard, put money side, ESTA on and to the airport! My journey start. It was mazing, everything was just like dream, till it wasnt… Not big thing, but to me big enought, she did lie. No trust, no relations to me.Still id do it again. To find real ANR partner is thing i think all we want, and for right person, distance aint problem, willing to do what it takes is. So open mind, open soul and all goes well. Thank you!
For a serious relationship distance shouldn’t matter. Like anything, the more effort put in the sweeter the enjoyment.
To me this question has two groups ANR and ABF. I will answer from the ANR perspective.
I am ok with long distance relationships as I have done them before. With that said I do not have distance requirements for an ANR. Like others have posted I take the field of dreams approach “build it (the relationship) and they(or I) will come”. Everything else is logistics and completely worth it.
I didn’t know so many women were open to travel. After getting to know someone online and having a strong connection I would definitely take the time to drive or even fly to somebody. But it has to be a very strong connection, chemistry, attraction. Both mental and physical
