Dear ladies,
I have a theory about a certain root vegetable in terms of testing its efficacy or effectiveness in changing a) breast size, b) lactation induction and c) any other changes such as breast swelling due to increase in lymphatic movement into the breast tissue.
This is especially safe and can be tested in your own home and record/report your findings in this post itself. Please don’t throw any vegetables at me 😉 if your partner objects to it but I think he might like the changes it has wrought.
First I need a head count of those who are willing to be part of the hypothesis testing group.

InMay 3, 2023 at 9:52 am #275514It’s roasted garlic (roasted to taste in oil). Really good for you, possibly prevents cancer and has a host of other benefits. You can have it on toast, I don’t know about having it with chocolate 😉 though. I saw things change when I increased how much I consumed but I leave that upto you my courageous lady volunteers 🥰👧😘

May 3, 2023 at 11:32 am #275526Very interesting. The flavor of milk changes significantly when consuming garlic, as does the smell of one’s breath. While it is safe to eat in moderation, they tell lactating women with babies only in moderation as garlic may upset a baby’s digestion and produce more gas. I worry that while it might have beneficial effects for mom and is a galactagogue, the downside might be more than others could bare.

May 3, 2023 at 3:47 pm #275595How much garlic though? What’s the dose?
I am beginning to think we will be the league of extraordinary vampire slayers… melt them with our milk 🤣
May 3, 2023 at 5:15 pm #275624@natasha Finding a root vegetable that would increase empathy in men would indeed be a find! lol I’m interested.
May 3, 2023 at 5:45 pm #275638Hi Rose,
I have used from a medium sized bulb to 3/4 of that. Since garlic in traditional customs was eaten with rice or bread per what was suggested by the nursing mothers, I would suggest you all to do the same. Also buy organic if possible. Thank you.
May 3, 2023 at 6:05 pm #275640Garlic is a good spice, and Yogi does have a very valid point about the amount and results might outweigh the benefit with the side affects of milk taste given the amount a woman ingested.
Though if one hasn’t introduced it to their diet, minimal amounts might not hurt from the taste aspect. I’m gonna try to include it in my diet a little more in moderation and see what the results are.
May 3, 2023 at 7:18 pm #275667Thanks Yogi, I hope the ladies and gentlemen breast feeding are going to tolerate this a little better than babies do. For some reason, my breath doesn’t smell maybe I am breaking it down easier, I don’t know for sure. But again we are talking about ABF/ANR and not about breastfeeding babies because the article is talking about the latter I believe.
