@lizzybeth 3rd from the bottom is the elvie stride, that one is wearable but had a small pump to clip onto a bra or other piece of clothing, it also fits into the pocket of my jogging pants. As far as hose free wearable, I just got a momcozy set not even a week ago. I’ll use them for a while and then write a review.
January 10, 2026 at 6:15 am #687104Any thoughts on the Medela Sonata?
May 3, 2026 at 6:31 pm #737708I need to add my review of the Mom cozy S9. I also want to update my review of the Elvie Stride.

August 10, 2026 at 4:36 am #788246Glad this got bumped! I’m currently inducing and have been using the Spectra S2, Momcozy S12 and Elvie Stride.
The Spectra is definitely my favorite for suction/stimulation. The Momcozy is actually pretty effective for me when I go from massage mixed expression, but it’s LOUD, bulky and the battery life isn’t great. 😂
The Stride is sooo much quieter and comfortable, but even on the highest setting the suction feels like a tickle compared to the other two lol. And discreet is questionable when the cups make your boobs look about 3x bigger. 😂
For those who have successfully induced, did you find that a particular pump really made a difference, or was consistency more important? I have days where I get a little discouraged, so I’d love to hear what worked for you.
August 15, 2026 at 4:56 am #791626I will just add my limited experience here, in case it helps someone.
I induced the first time with a Spectra S2 and dom. The second time, a few months ago, was with an under the shirt pump from Amazon, though it was highly rated. I induced faster with the off brand pump than with the Spectra, but I was using the Anabella occasionally as well which may have helped boost my production, though I only had one, so it was more efficient using the off brand pump to empty both breasts at once.
My only issue with the undershirt pump was that emptying it seems like a pain. I just dumped it out each time. If I ever were to get serious about saving the milk, I would get something else.
