@mskaramellatte – I have wondered what the Japanese girls might be using as there has been a influx of larger Breasted women. I read during ww2 the Japanese Prostitutes were injecting silicon directly into their breast to please the American soldiers desire for larger Boobs. I’m wondering if they’re doing similar now with different substance. 🤷🏻♂️

beach ball look is more common with saline than silicone.
where the implants go has effect too. under muscle implants look more natural.

Hormonal teenagers fantasize about sheer size, but for the learned breast connoisseur the rule is that shape and proportion are much more important. Both implants and pushup bras have effects on the above, the trick is to enhance the appearance without falling into the ‘uncanny valley’ where you can tell that something just isn’t quite right but can’t put your finger on it. Or even worse than that, when just a glance is all it takes to know exactly where things went awry.
In short, my opinion on both implants and pushup bras is that they are a benefit if used tastefully. If so, it would be very difficult to know whether or not they are in play in the first place.
Hey karamel good to see you still active. I hope everything goes well with your surgery. My preference is natural, but not aposed to enhanced. It’s more the connection to a person to me.
Really the massive beach ball look is associated with string aka polypropylene breast implants which are made out of polypropylene not saline, the thing is that the breast never stop growing because the polypropylene absorbs fluid and also it causes the breast tissue to have a inflammatory response which also causes production of fluid and have to be drained for excess fluid. some grow to weight as much as 25 lbs. or more each.
These type of implants are illegal in most countries but can still be found but very popular back at one time (look at the 80’s big breast porn stars).
