I agree with many of the previous posters and would like to add my 2 cents. My first cent other posters have alluded to which is less patience in society today. Maybe because I was receiving a lot of patience as a kid. But even as an adult there seems to be less patience going around these days with “now” becoming more prevalent.

The other cent would be factual news. When I was young the news was mostly factual. Now, there is spin, propaganda, and I have to fact check the news myself. I liked it better when I could trust the news and there was one reality we mostly shared together.
