DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT SELL ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. I AM NOT PAID TO ENDORSE PEPTIDE COMPANIES. IT IS NOT LEGAL TO CONSUME IGF1-LR3 IN THE UNITED STATES. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CONSUME HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. THIS IS FOR YOUR EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

I know that a lot of women on here are currently inducing (or relactating and starting that process) who are struggling to get drops or want to get to a certain milk supply they have been trying to get to.

I’m sure we’re all familiar at this point with the traditional protocols (Domperidone, Newman Goldfarb protocol, fenugreek, lactation cookies, etc) that all help to stimulate lactation.

I’m a bodybuilder in my public life and there’s one great peptide that can help many women induce lactation: Human Growth Hormone (HGH).

Human Growth Hormone is a synthetic peptide that stimulates lipolysis and converts in the liver to IGF1. IGF1 stands for Insulin Growth Factor number 1. This is essentially the reaction you would have in the body by eating carbohydrates and your body’s natural insulin system binding together. This passes into the cells of the body and grows the cells. Protein also helps increase the effect of this.

Now, you can only drive IGF1 so high the good old natural way with food. By taking HGH, you can increase IGF1 levels in the body 2, 5, even 10 times what would naturally be possible.

Bodybuilders like this for great muscle gains because this causes hyperplasia (division of cells to create new cells) throughout the entire body and in almost all tissues. A lot of these muscle gains are semi-permanent as well and can mutate a physique well beyond natural limitations.

But a little secret about HGH is it can increase milk supply in lactating women. I know lactating mothers through the bodybuilding community who took 1-2 IUs a day of human growth hormone and saw their breast milk supply double within days of taking it.

The simple idea is this: For the body to lactate, the body needs to have high enough of the hormone prolactin (self-explanatory name) as well as stimulation of the breast tissue to start producing milk. The overlying factor in this reaction is IGF1.

Hypothetically speaking, if the body’s IGF1 dropped to zero, cells would completely quit responding to nutrition, growth signals, and neurological pulses which would ultimately result in whole-body cellular cell death.

Now, lowered IGF1 is linked to a longer lifespan in mammals but the human body can’t have zero IGF1. In fact, even in a carb and protein-depleted state, the body will convert dietary fat consumption into glucose via gluconeogenesis and then react with the liver to make IGF1 at a somewhat efficient conversion with little insulin.

With taking HGH, specifically in the cells of breast tissue in a high prolactin state, it will INCREASE the body’s response to stimulation and hence, promote milk secretion far faster than otherwise normal. It will also cause the areolas, nipples, and breasts to grow faster than normal if you are making enough of a supply to cause an increase in size.

While many women develop a far higher appetite when lactating, depending upon genetics, they simply do not convert enough of that food downstream into IGF1. By taking IGF1 and HGH, you can directly manipulate how high IGF1 rises in the body.

A side effect of HGH people should know and be cautious about depending upon their medical conditions is it can cause elevated blood sugar from the lipolysis effect. Berberine is a supplement over the counter that can be taken to help reduce blood sugar with almost no side effects. The simple answer is to lower the HGH dose to where it is no longer causing elevated blood sugar.

Unfortunately, if you’re not balling on a fat stack of cash, HGH is expensive. On the black market, My personal anabolic steroid dealer quoted me $400 for a 100 IU kit. So that’s only good for maybe 8 weeks using a daily dose of 2 IU. A doctor’s prescription can be obtained for it so therefore, you would be consuming it 100% legally but it costs even more than that to obtain as rarely does insurance cover HGH prescriptions unless you have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

Thankfully, there’s another peptide that is readily available and can be purchased online called IGF1-LR3. IGF1-LR3 is an isolated form of IGF1 that has arginine and glutamic sequences giving it a half-life of effectively two days. IGF1-LR3 is legal to possess for research but not to take for human consumption. Due to this, the powders of IGF1 are readily available which brings down the cost.

Using this legal loophole, they are sold by peptide companies online and IGF1 usually will cost about $100 bucks for a 1mg vial. I even know a company that recently was selling for $83 a vial. 1mg is equal to 1000mcg and an average dose for women is between 25 to 75mcg per day. Behemoth Labz, Amino Asylum, and my personal favorite which is Researchem all sell it among several other companies.

At a price of $100 for a 1mg vial, this costs about $150 per month. HGH at a price of $400 for a 100 IU kit, this could be between $180 to 250 bucks per month depending upon the dose. Both of these cost evaluations don’t include the BAC water to reconstitute and the needles for injection. Those however are cheap. I can get 10ml of BAC water for 10 bucks and I get a 100-pack of 29 gauge insulin needles from Costco for 15 bucks.

A SIDE EFFECT ALL PEOPLE MUST KNOW WHEN TAKING HGH OR IGF1 IS IT CAN INCREASE CANCER RISK. This is the exact reason why this stuff is heavily regulated and not available over the counter at every supplement store and pharmacy. In fact, I’ll go out on a limb and say excessive use of any growth factor peptide WILL CAUSE CANCER eventually.

HGH in particular can also cause hypothyroidism in some people that most of the time reverses after discontinuing use. It’s very rare to see this in doses under 3 IU per day but is a possible risk.

If a woman was to take IGF or HGH long-term, she must get bloodwork to test her IGF1 level. I would not push higher than 300 maybe 350 ng/ml for a 30-year-old female. That upper range gets lower as the woman becomes older.

Taking breaks is also important. Anywhere between 4-8 weeks off after 10-16 weeks of use.

When using either IGF1-LR3 or HGH, they arrive in the vials as raw powder that must be reconstituted. IF THEY SHOW UP PREMIXED, THEY ARE FAKE! To reconstitute, you must make sure you get BAC water with your order. Pull the plastic tabs off the vials and swab them with an alcohol swab. You’ll then take your needle, pulling the sheaths off, and draw back on the plunger down to the 100-unit mark. DO NOT SWAB THE NEEDLE. It is already sterile.

You’ll push the air into the BAC WATER to create a positive vacuum inside to make drawing easier. You’ll turn the bottle upside down and draw out to the 100-unit mark on the syringe. Once you have your water drawn, you’ll gently insert the needle into your peptide vial and spray it gently. Do this twice so your vial has 2ml of water. Swirl the bottle gently and then store it in a refrigerator. Not storing in a refrigerator will result in a FASTER breakdown of the peptide which is usually good for 3 months in the fridge.

Just as a tip, I have been told by my coach and bodybuilder friends that it is better to reconstitute acetic acid water with IGF1-LR3 instead of BAC water. They tell me it prevents the peptide from degrading as fast but the problem is it can burn a lot to inject. It’s your choice which you pick but this has been what people whom I respect have anecdotally told me. BAC is perfectly fine for HGH.

Unfortunately, due to the legality of these peptides, I will not publicly document how to inject these but there is plenty of information out there as far as how to.

This chemical from the bodybuilding world could help many women on their lactation journey.

Again, this was not medical advice. I hope this was helpful.

Please women do not consider this. HGH is a growth hormone, hence the name, meaning that if you take it you you don’t know which parts of your body will grow as a result, including hands, feet, head, heart, etc. Taking HGH is not worth producing milk for.

Thanks, I’m glad someone said this. I like to think nobody is naïve enough to try it.

@TLANR OP here. That type of change happens under EXTREME dosages 5 times the amount I entailed in the post. And it takes years for it to happen.

Several friends of mine have taken 1-2 IUs of HGH for years and do not have those side effects.

The side effects you described are acromegaly which only happens when pushing IGF blood levels far above the reference range and I entailed in the post that testing for IGF on bloodwork is important.

I never said HGH was side effect free. Everyone interested in HGH/IGF1 must make a personal assessment on their risk tolerance. That goes for using any drug, even domperidone.

Personally i will not ever risk my life or health in order to lactate. I think this post is very dangerous and hope no woman here ever attempts this.

Just because you slap disclaimers on medical advice doesn’t mean you’re not giving medical advice.

This post is incredibly wreckless and I hope any reading it do more research before attempting it. There is a reason HGH is banned and or highly regulated as a medication – even when used appropriately it can have serious side effects that need to be we weighed carefully against the benefits WITH A QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

And for the love of all that is holy, do not go purchasing drugs formulated for veterinary use and play kitchen chemist pretending like injecting medications like this won’t have MAJOR negative implications. Dairy cows dosed with that very HGH to improve milk production already have been well documented to have serious long-term health issues.

Correction: *that very same 1GF-1 peptides, since if you’re purchasing from veterinary and research sources there’s a good chance they are using peptides from bovine growth factors, not human, as the former is far cheaper, in higher demand, and legal.

In my professional life I have worked with patients on HGH. It is tricky expensive stuff. Anytime you use a substance that messes with the bodies endocrine system it needs careful supervision. Just ask any diabetic on insulin.
I am glad you and your friends have not had negative effects, you are lucky. But any woman considering a regime including drugs of this type think hard, very hard and talk to a Doctor. Do lots of research and think again. The trouble with injections is that once injected it is in then does its thing, no undoing it

Inviting cancer and other health risks doesn’t seem to be an appealing choice for increasing milk supply. Who in their right mind would want an increased risk of cancer just to boost milk production??

And as a male, I would certainly want to know that my partner was taking such a dangerous chemical … Particularly since most drugs and medications are passed on to the recipient through the milk. That’s just crazy.

Never trust any articles from Wikipedia. Nor take steroids or illegal substances. With this fellows disclaimer, it is still easy to listen and follow his advice since he has seen results in others. Each person reacts differently and don’t know what it will do to your health. It’s not worth it.

Is HGH passed on through breast milk?

Ok, I have done a quick search on information, first I would never trust Wikipedia for medical information nor information from the company that manufactures any drug. American sources have almost nothing. However England and Australia have done some work. However, no one seems to have any information on it being passed on (or not) in breast milk.

Given this lack of information on this simple question, I would repeat my previous thoughts on the subject.

@TJ Just like any drug, the dose determines the poison.

Also, I apologize on behalf of anyone angry at my post. I figured that everyone’s risk tolerance varies and I wanted to bring as much information as I could. What I did want to provide was some information for responsible use because nobody should be having terrible side effects to enjoy their intimate lives.

I’M NOT encouraging women to take HGH. It is a personal decision that must be made based on your own risk assessment and it is 100% understandable why someone will say no.

It’s not necessary to apologise on anyone else’s behalf.
