I am new to ANR/ABF and has been something I have wanted to try for a while now. As all of this is new to me I am mostly unaware of many of the norms and customs but would like to learn. I live in the DMV area, west of DC, I was hoping someone may be able to help me learn the ropes. Any tips or pointers would be great. I am hoping to find someone who is currently lactating and am perfectly willing to take things as slow as necessary.
