Your milk shouldn’t be coming in yet. There is no need for your milk to come in at this time. Working to express milk prior to birth can cause uterine contractions and potentially cause pre-term labor.
In the UK the health service (NHS) encourages us to start stimulating milk production a few weeks before we give birth.
I do appreciate that the advice is probably different in different countries so thank you.
