I am a 30 year old, single, white, male seeking a partner in the Las Vegas area. I am open to both short or long term arrangements but would prefer long term with the intent of a full relationship.

I would, though it would greatly depend on plans and intentions. This is mostly due to the amount of effort for either party in such a situation.
