Love in its purest form.
Comforting, freeing, body resting in arms.
Mind calm, no where else to go or be, just here and now.
A soft cocoon, warmth, familiarity, closeness.
A visceral knowing, like knows like.
Cares wash away, an eternal knowing.
A soft touch, a caress, a whisper, is that too much to ask?
Time ended with questions that none can answer.
A constant yearning, tears from the heart no matter what.
Show me a way, give me a sign.
In your purest form, it finds me—safe, unfastened, held.
Mind quiets fully, nowhere to be but here, now.
A cocoon of warmth, familiar closeness at last.
A quiet knowing like recognises like.
Care washes through, an endless certainty.
A touch, a caress, a whisper, would that be too much to hope?Time dissolves the questions I can’t carry, can’t answer.
Still I yearn, and my heart keeps giving tears, no matter what.
