Women’s Health (Breasts)

I have been studying nutritional health for the last year. Some very surprising bits of info that I have already commented on in other discussions such as stinging nettles and lactation, the AMJ article on the percentage of women who can achieve orgasm via nipple stimulation along and in this post, iodine and women’s breast health, namely cancer. I’m going to post a YT link where they begin talking specifically about women’s health. I put 3 drops of 2% iodine in my drink before bed every night and sleep like a log till 8-9hr later. It also helps with pigmentation and a host of other issues. I hope this lecture helps others think about adding iodine to their daily supplements.
