Is the state of Illinois a dry state or will I have any luck there? Please let me know I will be 45 minutes south of Effingham Illinois.

I don’t believe you’ll find anyone in the state of Illinois or globally per your Profile requirements who is a “milk mamma willing to give you milk everyday between your two jobs and after your primary job at 11 o’clock on a daily basis.”

Illinois is not a dry state, though there are restrictions. The sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Selling hours vary by county, though you can expect most places to refuse sale before 8AM and after 11PM. These hours change on the weekend, I personally have found a place that closed selling hours while out on a Saturday at 9pm.
Effingham county recently voted to allow sales from 6am to 1am, every day of the week. So you should be alright, as long as the place is open.
