The admins took them all down following concerns about metadata and locations being visible. ToT posted something yesterday

Juicy,

The Media option on profiles is hidden, temporarily.
The photos are still there, not deleted.
Will be restored to normal once a fix is in place for the metadata issue, detailed below.
Same for pictures sent as attachments to private messages, temporarily disabled.

Metadata issue:

Settings on your phone/camera can add some location info into an image when you take the pic.
You can turn this setting on/off on your device.
It is users own responsibility to ensure they are not accidentally uploading pics to ABFheaven with this information included.
However we are looking into ways to automatically remove this location info if the user has not already done so.
Until then, all picture sharing functions are off.

@tuehlykv Michael, if it’s possible for you to do so, may I suggest that you mark this post as a “sticky” and pin it to the top position on the Recent Forum Posts listing on the Home page. Or, perhaps you could create a “sticky” banner across all pages of the site with the info about this, until you’ve resolved the issue. Lots of people are going to miss this important notification once it falls down the posting column behind newer posts.
