The art AI’s that are accessible from legit sources (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.) will normally not permit the generation of racy images. That’s because they weren’t trained on porn, and so don’t know how to generate it, and also because of prohibitions built into the systems that will reject prompts to produce porn. They will probably generate R-rated stuff if you engineer the prompts cleverly enough.

However, there are also more or less unrestricted AI training sets available. One popular one is “waifu diffusion” (it may have a different name by now). It was trained on hundreds of thousands or millions of Japanese anime images, including plenty of less innocent ones. That one produces cartoons rather than realistic images, but it and similar alternatively-trained generative AI’s will definitely produce all the breast-centric porn you desire.

Much of it falls a little into the “uncanny valley,” though, in which it’s almost photo-realistic, but just a tiny bit off. Once you see that, you start picking up on it and can’t ignore it. So far it can also seem a little repetitive.

I’d expect to see very rapid improvements in quality and the breadth of content, to the point that real-life commercial porn may dwindle over time. I also expect to see a lot of problems and arguments about it, demands for censorship, and so on.

Finally, although a dedicated “ABF Diffusion” model certainly could be trained, it would likely need far more images to chew on than are available here.
