We’ve all heard stories or have perhaps read that regular suckling can result in a woman’s breasts increasing by a cup size or maybe more. Anyone actually experience this?
Would appreciate a link to any article suggesting or documenting this.

With each baby I nursed it seemed like my boobs grew an extra cup size. Went from a B cup to a DDD! Looking forward to them growing again with a new partner.
LOL Vincent, leave it to you to ask about cup size increases with “regular” suckling.
I started my induced lactation on May 23, 2022 and started pumping the following week. From pumping every 4 hours daily, my breasts soon outgrew my regular bra size at the time which was 38E so I went to get measured by a local brazier shop in October 2022. She measured me at 38G and I purchased 4 new bras at that time. After that I continued to pump, though have found wearing bras to be uncomfortable and confining so I purchased 8 new nursing camisoles which I wear 24/7 and find are now getting tighter as well.
Reading I’ve done over the past several months through various nursing sites indicates one can expect the breast size to increase at least 2 cup sizes and perhaps more over a lactation process.
I look forward to mine continuing to get fuller with a consistent suckle partner instead of daily pumping.

I’m not a scientist but mine swell up just from suckling, meaning I don’t have to be inducing. From what I understand the swelling is common and temporary from suckling. Childbirth and genetics play a bigger role in size increase from my understanding and my personal experience. Of course with lactating they can can grow 1-2 sizes, like TOT said.
I started on the journey to induction few months ago with getting a pump a week ago. I am up 2 cup sizes, yes I would say genes play a major part, but suckling and pumping do also.Once I start lactating I expect them to go up and down with milk supply.
From my perspective, as I’m not a scientist nor did I just sleep in a Holiday Inn Express, just a lowly engineer😜
It certainly seems like a partner’s breasts are fuller with even occasional suckling. One or another friend has mentioned that the they feel the affects of suckling for a few days after, that their breast are heavier than before and/or that their bra is feeling tighter.
While there aren’t any papers for reference though I can give you a resolute “I think so.”I noticed a big difference because of massage and herbal supplements alone, but I could very easily be imagining that. I have the same experience as ToT just without pumping or suckling. But I don’t necessarily think of it as a positive for myself as I am not interested in increasing size. I think the size should fit the woman’s body frame so that it is all in harmony in terms of the weight on the spine, neck, back, shoulders. Guys with big breast fantasies should just go jump off a bridge and stop pushing their women to get larger and larger. The fantasy is very different from the reality in terms of the burden of the weight on the skeletal system and muscles of the woman.
My breasts definitely get bigger with more stimulation. They we enormous after my babies were born and they definitely got a lot bigger, fuller and more sensitive last year when I had a regular ANR partner.
Don’t know if everyone has that experience, for me pumping or having a partner 3 or 4 days a week firm’s my breast and increases my breast from a C to a D cup.
