Why would a woman block you just by saying [Hello ,how are you?]
I know they can block for any reasonBecause they are not interested in talking to you or you. It’s that simple.
There’s been a few posts like this. Too young, too far, too old, etc. Also depends on how one sends a message.
If someone blocks you, it’s highly likely you aren’t a good match. Location, age, other characteristics are all possible. It’s not an attack against you, it’s saving each other’s valuable time to move on.
I’ve blocked you too, because I don’t want to talk to you. Get over it and deal with it. Stop posting, why am I getting blocked!

Obviously you haven’t taken the suggestion not to bother her seriously. She’s not interested, move on.
I’ve got my messages set to only accept messages from people I’m friends with. My profile clearly states I’m not looking and only here to enjoy the site and keep in touch with friends.
If I get a friend request from someone I’ve never spoken with before or someone who does not live in my zip code, I politely thank them and explain if they’re really interested in meeting someone they should come to any of the numerous weekly real time audio chats and get to know others, make friends, and meet someone instead of skulking around in empty friend requests.
When I get a repeat request, the person is immediately blocked.
