Welcome back, everyone. Thank you so much for the reception of my initial post. I feel encouraged and hopeful that this indeed could become a collective journey amassing insight and collective wisdom along the way.
I wanted to give an overview of the various resources and tools that I have leveraged so far.

Thank you Rose. Very informative.
Tit Willow, Tit Willow, Tit Willow.
Thanks, James.
You are very gracious Rose. My Tit Willow “song” is my attempt at humor. Not disrespectful at all, although it may seem so.
Thank you for being you.
Totally agree!!! I’m
In awe!!! Absolutely amazing and I honestly can’t wait for your next post!! Fabulous read!, very informative! and shows how dedicated and informed you are!! Can’t stress how amazing you are Rose!! 😘😘😘
Thank you, Pearl. I will post a video of the PJ’s Comfort in a couple of days.
I had heard great things about the Symphony but have not had a chance to try it.
Stronger isn’t always better!
Thank you. That’b Be great. I’ve not have not had so much experience but agree, and much prefer the s1 so far as massages too.
I am so glad!
Thanks, Kazzie.
Thank you JW2N and Suzie. It’s been ages since I have contributed to a blog. I am glad I still have the knack for it.
Hi Dennis
I am sure the TENS unit plays a role in stimulating the breasts which in turn promotes let down. I was meeting a suckler in Seattle once and I was constantly using the TENS unit on the train ride to help build up a more bountiful supply.
Ah yes, domperidone. I used some during 2019 to kickstart my journey. This year, though, the shipment was confiscated so I am making do without it. I will get into this more in an upcoming post on galactogogues.
Thank you Rose. 😊
Thank you, Tim.
This shows just how much goes into this. To some its not a fad. It’s a labor of love.
Thanks, Joe. It is definitely a commitment!
I really enjoy my Willow. I do know there are other portable options like momcozy’s that I am not familiar with. I always recommend googling the brands you are considering on you tube and listen through as many opinion videos as you can.
Thank you, Jules. How often are you getting clogged ducts? I imagine that’s the reason for the lecithin.
I’ve only had a clogged duct one time. It was painful with a huge lump! I don’t ever want another!!
I noticed with lecithin I produce more, that’s why I take it.
Hi Rose,
Thanks for the blog!
I’m sure you’re probably already aware but just in case, you can get breast specific electrodes for tens which surround the nipple. I’m sure I’ve got a pic of me using them somewhere – if I can find it, I’ll post it later.
Good luck!!
Hi Welshie
I just Googled those. I had no idea they existed.
I’ve found them to be more stimulating than the separate pads, but I guess it’s down to personal choice.
There are sticky gel pads and then there are the re-usable type that you apply your own gel to – I haven’t tried that type yet, so can’t say how good they are…
Hi Lisa
Have you heard of the Newman Goldfarb protocol for inducing lactation? It is the most recommended approach for adoptive mothers. There is a link on there for menopausal women.
I do not have much experience with the Bella Baby pump. When it comes to inducing and listen to your body. Stronger suction isn’t always better.
Do you currently have a suckling partner? If so, then those suckle sessions would be way better than pumping.
I would start with the TENS unit and breast massage and as the breasts start awakening due to stimulation then I would transition to pumping.
Good luck to you, Lisa.
What would you consider the best pump to induce?
