  2. Thank you, Pearl. I will post a video of the PJ’s Comfort in a couple of days.

I had heard great things about the Symphony but have not had a chance to try it.

    Stronger isn’t always better!

  3. Hi Dennis

I am sure the TENS unit plays a role in stimulating the breasts which in turn promotes let down. I was meeting a suckler in Seattle once and I was constantly using the TENS unit on the train ride to help build up a more bountiful supply.

Ah yes, domperidone. I used some during 2019 to kickstart my journey. This year, though, the shipment was confiscated so I am making do without it. I will get into this more in an upcoming post on galactogogues.

  4. I really enjoy my Willow. I do know there are other portable options like momcozy’s that I am not familiar with. I always recommend googling the brands you are considering on you tube and listen through as many opinion videos as you can.

    1. I’ve only had a clogged duct one time. It was painful with a huge lump! I don’t ever want another!!
I noticed with lecithin I produce more, that’s why I take it.

  5. Hi Lisa

Have you heard of the Newman Goldfarb protocol for inducing lactation? It is the most recommended approach for adoptive mothers. There is a link on there for menopausal women.

I do not have much experience with the Bella Baby pump. When it comes to inducing and listen to your body. Stronger suction isn’t always better.

Do you currently have a suckling partner? If so, then those suckle sessions would be way better than pumping.

I would start with the TENS unit and breast massage and as the breasts start awakening due to stimulation then I would transition to pumping.

    Good luck to you, Lisa.
