I haven’t been able to find the right bra size until I discovered “sister sizing”. I was a 36E (36DD) and the bra band never sat flat against my chest at right below my breasts. Using sister sizing, I went down on band size and up a cup size and I found out that a 34F or 32G work much better for me. I’d advise this to any of the ladies struggling to find the correct bra
Thanks Alexa
I was just measured yesterday and have been wearing a 42dd for past 10 years. I was told I’m actually a 36g or 38ff. That was a shock but I guess a shopping spree it is.
I saw a table in the past (by Google) that tabularized the system sizes.
I think there was a rule like go up a cup size for each band size you go down.
Nurturing Bosom has a good blog about finding the correct brassiere size. You may want to look it up.
So many women don’t get fitted properly and purchase the wrong size bra. Ladies go and get fitted properly and stop guessing it what size you are.
You should take a look at abrathatfits and run through their calculator. It works really well from those ive spoken to and those ive helped measure. https://www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php
Okay I used it and it says I’m a 36DDD. Maybe I need to go up a cup and keep the same band size. Currently wearing a 36DD
