What is the worst or lamest excuse that you have ever had used or heard of to cancel a rendezvous?
Maybe even the best or the funniest excuse.😜I am sorry but I have to cancel an hour before because I forgot that I had to take my kid practice driving. Not sure if it was the worst, but definitely a huge let down… 😩

That is why I don’t see parents, no matter the age of the kids, I feel there is always a way out with them.
The scammer that cancelled by saying her mother paid her a surprise visit. The vindictive on-line person who didn’t even have an excuse, just waited until I drove an hour before telling me they just wanted to waste my time because they didn’t like my ethics.
The worst is when people circle back after canceling and tell you they lied or get caught in a lie.
-“Family emergency” to only say they were nervous. The second attempt they disappeared from messaging to pop up days later to say they were nervous. It was coffee not even a session!
-“Caught COVID” twice, three weeks apart; he didn’t have the virus. I told him he already used that line, then he ghosted… not from COVID. He messaged again months later and I left the message sitting unread.

The one who you arrange to meet give your details to after a chatting a lot but the melts away like a snowman in front of the fire doesn’t let you know they aren’t coming or what’s happened just nothing ……
