Who on the site has used Goats Rue?

@bella3 thank you for the info. I only had one tea yesterday, it was a hectic day. Last night I did manage to brew enough tea for 4 servings for today. I took some time away from taking domperidone and pumping, but I never dried up completely. I know what I’m capable of producing at each stage, so I should know in a week of 2 if it will make a difference. Even mixed in with my iced tea I’m not I notice the grassy Timothy hay taste, it’s not so horrible that I won’t drink it though.

I was advised that making a tincture with rum or vodka takes about a month of sitting for full effectiveness. So I do not want to make a huge batch of it’s going to be useless. I think I’ll use some to make a tincture and continue with the tea until the tincture is ready.

@lochmane Well, you can resent it all you want. Doesn’t change the fact that women don’t need or want a man who does not have breasts and therefore cannot breastfeed offering their opinion on specific issues related to women’s bodies. Because you do not actually have any experience in the matter and most of the time men’s well intended “advice” is wrong and could do potential damage. Many of us women have discussed this at length, how frustrating it is to hear a man in chat or the forum giving advice on something they have zero personal experience with, no matter how well intended that advice is.
If your wife is the one with the experience using goats rue, than she should be the one commenting, not you sir.
Trust me, I do not stand alone on this thought.

@lusciousliz it was the capsules i used so maybe the tincture might be more successful

@juicyboobies everything I have read says women do not absorb as much of the Goats Rue when it’s taken in capsule form. I have some capsules and I didn’t notice a difference, so I figured I would try the dried leaf made into tea and tincture. A lb was only 30 dollars, so at least it’s not an expensive gamble lol.
