I know everyone’s journey is different, but I would love to hear input as to where you are at and how long it has taken to establish a supply so I know if I need to be trying more things or doing something different.
We used the Goldberg Farb accelerated method.
I was on birth control and dom for 3 months, then stopped the bc, continued with the 80 mg dom and started pumping day one off bc. On day 4 I had my first drop. It increased a little each day, and at 2 weeks pumping now, I am at approx a tablespoon a day. It’s a very slow increase and I don’t know if this is expected or if I should be seeing more by now.
I try to pump or have my husband nurse every 3 hours, but with work, etc, it sometimes stretches to 5 to 6 hours, which I know can slow production but can’t be avoided due to environment.
I continue on 80 mg dom a day, space it to 4x daily, 20 mg each. I eat oatmeal several times a week, have increased water a lot, and take moringa.
I have researched fenugreek, blessed thistle, and a variety of other glactogogues claiming to increase supply, but for every 50 who have good results, 50 don’t and I’m not crazy about adding more in. I’m not a big fan of massage; do some but not dedicated. I know some have good results on that and some don’t; again trial and error.
What have you all experienced for milk supply as far as time frame.and amount?

What you are producing for where you are at in the process seems to be the norm. When you cannot pump or nurse you should has express. It’s easily done in a restroom, use a paper towel or toilet paper to catch the milk.Stick with what you’re doing before you consider increasing domperidone. I wouldn’t bother with supplements, the possible benefit does not outweigh the risk, when domperidone is working.

I’ve only read other personal accounts but sounds like you’re on the upper producing end of the spectrum. I’m trying to relactate on one side, as opposed to inducing, but I would love to be producing a Tablespoon! I’m not taking dom though. Good luck and keep it up!
