Anyone have any luck/experience using a wearable breast pump such as Momcozy or Tsrete to induce lactation. It’s been many years since I naturally lactated w/pregnancy. I’m unsure if the wearables will be strong enough to help induce but the thought of being ‘tethered’ to a larger pump/cord isn’t very doable. TIA

I have a tens unit and plan to order some dom, but in the meantime looking for advice

I am curious to hear others experiences with the hands free/wearable pumps as well. I realllly want a set. But with the rather large breasts I have and the shape of them, I have a feeling they would be a waste of money. Last good bra I bought is a 38L. My breasts have gotten a bit bigger since pumping. I really don’t think they will work well for my large breast. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Ladies. I have been using a Willow Go wearable pump. I have used it during the work day hours and it allows me to move around and get things done. I even wear them while driving, and have fallen asleep in the afternoon while pumping in bed. I don’t get the same milk extraction as the plug in pump, but they do stimulate just like a baby’s latch and are very convenient.

I think its worth getting for sure – at least a couple of the cheaper ones to try out if nothing else. I got Tsrete just bc having the option to not be tied to cords was appealing, but I don’t have the budget to jump all in with some of the super expensive wearable situations. As far as inducing, I found Tens to be really effective until there was actually drops, then focused more on incorporating actual pumps, so I can’t speak on the induction process alone with Tsrete. And it’s a little loud if you are trying to be discrete at work (or in the house with older kids😏). I don’t notice it much in the car with the surrounding noises tho. And if on the off chance I find myself home alone, it’s absolutely liberating to just be able to move around and still pump. I will note that with Tsrete at least, if I’m pumping in the car on the way somewhere, I stick a nursing pad on the underside of the pump bc I have had it leak from there, idk if the seat belt dislodged the silicone part, or I didn’t have it on there well to begin with or what, but now just to be safe, I’ll stick something between my shirt I need to stay presentable and the pump.. 🙃

I use an Elvie Stride and love it. Of all the pumps I’ve tried, it’s my favorite. It’s super quiet and extremely comfortable. I love that I can control it with an app as well. I tried the Elvie pump without the tubes and didn’t like it nearly as much as the Stride. I feel that it has great suction. One of the sets of flanges that came with it for my nipples perfectly. It comes with two sets and there is a 3rd size that you can porches separately if you need that size. The tubes don’t really hinder mobility. I’m able to clip the pumping unit on my bra or stuff it in a pocket and fold laundry or put on makeup, ect.
