Inducing without meds is possible, women have been doing it for thousands of years, it’s just not easy.

I do not have cramps while pumping. I get them at random but it’s only one ever couple of months. 1

If you’re nipples are sore you might not be using a good lubricant or enough. I have experimented with a variety of lubricants, CeraVe, lanolin, nipple balm; I have found coconut oil to be the best. Easy clean up, light, no drag,

I cannot take birth control pills, I have a clotting risk, and I have an IUD so that method wouldn’t work anyway. I take domperidone and goat’s rue without any problems, I just added moringa. I’m skeptical about how beneficial moringa will be.

I was a hyper lactator when I breast fed my kids. I would feed them and then pump an additional 10 to 16 ounces at once. So when I discovered I wouldn’t produce as much as an inductee I was disappointed. I am happy with what I am able to produce though.

Oh I use a super old breasts pump, Medela Classic, it’s one of the first hospital pumps made. I also have a spectra S1 that I use when I travel, on occasion I use it on my lunch break, but usually I just hand express at work.

Yeah, that is disappointing not to be able to produce as much!

I need to definitely get a nipple cream! Coconut oil is what I have in kitchen so yeah!

The clotting risk is my case, too. So, definitely not going that route either!

Thank you for so much info!
