Updating Milkflow

Hi, have any ladies got any experience with using Milkflow made by Upspring?

I hear it’s good for increasing milk production?

Any good or bad experience with it?

Never heard of that brand but basically it contains fenugreek which is good for increasing supply. Dunno if this is any better then just taking basic fenugreek but I’d be happy to hear of any experiences too

Hi Emma, thanks, I think I’m right in saying fenugreek can prohibit milk production until you are actually lactating, has anyone else heard or have experience/knowledge of that?
