On my most current journey of inducing it has been my goal to gather more first- hand experience and apply that since after many attempts over the years ending unsuccessful were done strictly under scientific methods this protocol, that study etc etc.
Asking around about thoughts and experiences using a TENS unit as added stimulation in addition to pumping and hand expression of course also had vague or not many users.
So being adventures I slipped my unit into my bra and off I went to work. My intentions were to power on ever 2 hours when I wasn’t offered the time and privacy to pump. I was at work after all. So how did it go? I spent every 2 hours of and 8 hour shift on the verge of and orgasm!!! To answer the question if it helps with inducing lactation? Opi_suki I got my off amazon a long time ago its not even branded my only suggestion would be to find one with a small ” remote” size controller. Or even wireless but those are pricey.

TENS units are fantastic. There are even specific shaped pads you can get for breasts which make the stimulation more directable. Absolutely love using mine!!

The tens unit while on the pump is amazing as well. I put it at a low setting while the pump is going and it really feels like I’m getting a great massage and the suction really feels better.

Just thought I would suggest the circular TENS stimulation pads that can be bought on several fetish sights. They completely stimulate all around the areola and are titillating to say the least .
