Making women think of me as a nice guy to have in the Friend Zone. Not a power I’m proud of.
I guess my superpower – other than flying with a flowing cape (lol) – is defusing the tension in a stressful situation, like the workplace during a bad day. The secret is getting my words a bit mixed up, so it’s more accidental than deliberate, but the effect is certainly beneficial.
For example, I once meant to say the phrase “I’d forget my head if it wasn’t screwed on”. But somehow it came out “I’d forget my screw if it wasn’t head on…” (That was one of my most embarrassing mix-ups). Maybe some of you should give it a go sometime, and see whether it cracks a smile or two.
On a serious note:
My superpower might be the ability to stay calm in an emergency situation while being able to have the cogent thoughts required to perform any actions necessary to ensure our immediate safety and of others around us.A most important superpower for sure @grogman

But seriously people seem to always confide/vent/etc to me. Sometimes people I hardly know. I appreciate that people feel that way about me, but sometimes it is tiresome & I have to keep a lot of secrets!
