Does looking for a wet nurse means transactional, whenever I see a lady post they are a wet nurse that’s usually the case.

I’m not entirely understanding what you are saying. Definitely not looking for transactional but some wet nurse do use their lactation as means to get money. I am not looking to pay. Looking for the more intimate side of it.
