I’m a relatively new user and am trying to respond to my messages. Sometimes the message sends properly. But other times, it looks like the message is sending, then it disappears and I get a red popup “Security Error Sending Message” in the lower right corner of my screen. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there something about the member account I’m replying to that’s causing the process to fail?
Something on your device.
Try clearing the browser cache.
– log out of ABFheaven.
– clear the browser cache (search Google if you need a guide)
– device fully power off
– device power on
– log in to ABFheaven
Another suggestion is to back up to your inbox and reload the page. I find that the message pages must draw from browser cache and that sometimes doesn’t work well. So a refresh will redownload the messages and when you go into a conversation it will be the latest messages.
Otherwise I see that error when it isn’t the latest.
Thanks, guys! I’ll try your suggestions if I get that pop-up again.
