InactiveHey yall(: first of all I am so thankful for this community and wish y’all the best holiday season full of milk and cookies(:
I recently went to the doc for some stomach issues and happened into a reglan prescription. I have taken it before for the same reason but never knew it could help with lactation, does any one have a good reglan based induction routine? Tips? Advice?

InactivePub med clinical trials state they have similar effects on the production of location so therefore they may have similar dose escalation procedures. Domperidone starts at 7 and escalates up usually weekly. If your taking reglan, look into adding pumping into your regimen and get a feel for the results.

Most women do not like Reglan do the irreversible neurological side effects it can cause. Most recently, a forum post was made about the use of Reglan. You can search it or look around November 22, 2021.
December 22, 2021 at 5:18 am #78900It has more side effects than Domperidone so be careful.
Side effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, trouble sleeping, agitation, headache, and diarrhea may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
December 22, 2021 at 6:43 am #78937This medication was never intended for long term use. The side effects are seriously severe and may cause depression with suicidal intentions, Parkinsonism, uncontrolled muscle spasms and a number of other unwanted extra- pyrimidal neurological effects.
Withdrawal from it can cause unpleasant side affects including and not limited too depression, suicidal thoughts and those neurological disturbance mentioned above.

InactiveLiterally none of that was helpful. I’m a nurse and I am able to read medication side effects all by myself. As I mentioned I have taken it before and never had any side effects. If you’re not here with anything positive to say quietly return to your mothers basement.

InactiveLOL… yikes.
OP: I’m taking Reglan for a non-inducing reason, but I understand some people use it for inducing. Does anyone have a plan for inducing with Reglan?
Multiple people: It’s generally regarded as a less attractive inducing aid because of side effects. Here are those side effects, here’s a link to a reputable source about said side effects.
(ie short answer: there’s not a good plan inducing with Reglan because of its many side effects.)OP: Your responses didn’t give me precisely what I was looking for so I’m going to lash out because I feel insulted.
The answer is there if you look juuust below the surface, OP. No need to get snippy.
