Based on the preferences of the partners I’ve had, I think it’s a choice that the woman can make for herself. As many have said here already, some women just want a relaxing and nurturing ABF experience, while others get highly aroused from breast and nipple stimulation as well as the feel of suckling, so they want sex. Bottom line for men: this is HER show, so just go with the flow. Sex or no sex, it’s a marvelous experience 😊

My current partner and I enjoy suckling for itself, as a wonderful way to relax and bond together. More than once I’ve found myself drifting off to sleep, or almost so, while still latched on! I respect that some others can be sexually aroused by ABF or breasts in general; and, in fact, I too sometimes have a physical arousal while suckling. But for me, sexual thoughts or desires just don’t occur while I’m nursing – just the desire to keep on suckling and enjoy the experience while it lasts.
Everyone is unique, and how you feel could change with a different partner or a new experience. If some men or women desire sex during or after suckling, that’s their choice. But there’s nothing wrong with suckling without anything sexual either.

It can be sexual or non sexual for me. I love the tender moments of nursing but I also thoroughly enjoy when it turns into more.
